About the Position
The Role
We're looking for an organized, people-oriented Project Manager / Coordinator to help keep our projects running on time and our clients well-informed. You'll be the connective tissue between the office, the field, and the client — and you'll play a big role in the experience we deliver.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing project timelines, scheduling, and coordination between crews and trades
Communicating with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Tracking project progress and flagging issues before they become problems
Coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries
Supporting the owner and lead carpenters with planning and logistics
Helping build and improve internal processes as we grow
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience in a construction or renovation environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A calm, professional communicator — in writing and in person
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
Someone who thrives on keeping things on track and takes initiative
Valid driver's license required
