We never recommend skipping permits to save time or money. Unpermitted work can create significant problems with insurance, resale, and liability down the line, and it's not a risk worth taking.

For larger renovations involving multiple rooms, kitchens, or work that affects core systems like plumbing and electrical, it becomes significantly more disruptive.

We offer a two-year warranty on labour, that exceeds the industry standard, because we're confident in the work that leaves our name on it. For materials and products, warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer, and we'll always provide documentation so you know what's covered and for how long.
