About the Position
The Role
We're looking for a skilled carpenter who takes craftsmanship seriously. You'll be working on a variety of residential renovation projects — framing, finishing, cabinetry installs, doors, trim, and more. You'll be part of a crew that holds a high standard and has fun doing it.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing rough and finish carpentry on residential renovation projects
Reading and working from plans and layouts
Collaborating with the lead carpenter and crew to execute projects efficiently
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicating clearly with your team about progress and challenges
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in carpentry or residential renovation
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional, and easy to work with
Valid driver's license required
