About the Position
The Role
You've got some solid site experience under your belt and you're ready to step into a leadership role. As Lead Hands, you'll bridge the gap between the clients and the the crew — keeping work moving, supporting junior team members, and making sure the job site stays safe, clean, and on track.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the crew in day-to-day site operations
Directing junior technicians and keeping the crew productive
Maintaining a safe and organized job site
Identifying issues early and communicating them up the chain
Holding quality standards on your portion of the work
Planning ahead for future work
