About the Position
The Role
This is a key role on our team. As Lead Carpenter, you'll be responsible for running job sites day-to-day — managing the crew, maintaining quality, communicating with clients, and making sure projects are executed to a high standard. You're the kind of person who takes ownership and leads by example.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the crew on active residential renovation job sites
Managing day-to-day site operations and scheduling
Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth
Ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
Coordinating with subcontractors and the project coordinator as needed
What We're Looking For
5+ years of carpentry experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
Strong residential renovation background
Excellent communication skills — with clients, crew, and management
A high standard for quality and the confidence to enforce it
Someone who leads with respect and brings out the best in their team
Valid driver's license required
