About the Position
The Role
This is an entry-level position for someone who's eager to learn the trades and build a real career in construction. You'll work alongside experienced carpenters and tradespeople, picking up skills on a variety of residential renovation projects. No two days look the same, and you'll be learning something new constantly.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting carpenters and lead hands on active job sites
Material handling, site prep, and cleanup
Learning proper tool use and safe work practices
Supporting the crew wherever you're needed
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Some exposure to construction or the trades is a bonus, but not required
Valid driver's license required
Able to work well as part of a team
